Excellent atmosphere and Batistas were very polite, helping me select the perfect offee I was looking for. Will always come here over other coffee shops in trostre!
Amazing Costa, went there with my son while my wife went shopping, my son kept crying and the staff there were so lovely to him and made him a nice special hot chocolate and he was so happy after, coffee was 10/10 too.
Best coffee in South Wales
I received absolutely appalling service from this Costa on the 17th August. I politely asked that they would bring the coffee over to my table as I was having a meeting with colleagues. The barista that brought over the coffee asked me if there was something wrong with me and that I was supposed to get my coffee myself. This was not just poor customer service but seriously offensive. Very dissatisfied.
