Excellent customer service from Dale Fry and the other gentlemen that were in the office. Very kind, friendly, patient and respectful. I never felt pressured to make a decision and felt supported by them. Have taken my previous cars there for MOTs and services for years now and they always do their best to accommodate. No Question here for me. 5 star service. I have bought here before and was 100% satisfied on that occasion. I have now just bought a further car three yrs later, again with Dale who listened to my requirements and sourced the car for me. This was a hassle free experience that we all want when buying a car. I was so confident that Dale would get it right that I paid for the car before seeing it, let alone driving it. I wasn't disappointed - The car was absolutely superb (BMW 5 series). Also, after sales service is second to none, and I say this having experienced a problem and then having the problem fixed with no fuss (or charge). Their warranty is of very high quality. I should mention also, that the other guys step in if the person that you are dealing with is off, and Bradley, Conrad and Darren were all helpful, so they obviously communicate to enable a seamless service. That really helps when buying a car which can take a few weeks. I have no hesitation in recommending Llanelli Motor Company.
