I have been using Sprint Fit for several years, and they have always delivered a first-class service. They are professional, reliable and trustworthy. They are always willing to discuss with you any issue relating to your vehicle, in a way that even a layman like myself can understand. I cannot understand the negative review on here. I am among the many satisfied customers who will continue to go back to Sprint Fit time and time again. Highly recommended.
If I could I would rate my experience with 0 stars... Brought a fully working car for an MOT, as a home mechanic I always fix my car myself, the only time my car goes to a garage is when its the MOT time. The car is equipped with hydraulic suspension and I always ask the boys to lock it before they need to do any work on the car as you can damage the shocks (already happened in another garage - White's MOT). The chap didn't listen to me which could potentially cause a very expensive day, on top of that I got my car back with multiple faults (Engine Management Faulty, Parking Brake Faulty, ESP Faulty, Antiroll Bar System Faulty). Those faults didn't want to disappear on its own so I had to hook up my own diagnostic equipment (which would normally cost money) and delete those faults myself. On top of that I discovered that the engine was reved up over its limit (due to the throttle being floored and the gearbox being in neutral position) of 6000RPM for the period of over 2 seconds as this is the condition for that particular fault, that caused the engine to cut off and put it into a limp mode. Other faults were caused by even more incompetence, the car is equipped with electronic parking brake and the chap was spinning the wheels with the parking brake on and the engine running which is plain stupid as the car doesn't know what is happening. The garage could potentially damage the expensive hydraulic suspension and the timing belt as well. Never again !!! Next time the car goes to Citroen for an MOT. I have a very bad experience with this garage, in general I think everything that is a little bit more computerised is well over their capabilities and even if you're trying to fill up their empty heads with some knowledge by informing them what to do they simply don't listen to you. It could turn into a real disaster.
