For a convenience shop, it's quite large in comparison to many convenience stores, and has a fairly wider range on many items than most (except for magazine.. It doesn't stock many, or a wide choice).I live within walking distance of the store and have relied on it for several items. The man serving (whom I believe is Mr.Sunday, the owner) has always been really helpful and kind (even more so when I've had to rely on my crutches or wheelchair to go in there), as have his staff, who have gone above their duties by following me around the store carrying my basket/trolley when they see me struggle.They are all very observant of their customers needs too. If they think you can't find something, they'll always ask if they can help, they don't just point, or give directions (so you're still left playing 'hunt the item), they will actually go with you and show you exactly where the item is you want, or if something isn't in stock, they can tell you when it will be. That's first class service! I think that because of the cheerful owner and staff, it does make being in there a very relaxed, happy atmosphere, because they are always chatting with their customers, regular or new ones, always having a laugh and joke with many. My first visit in there, they were warm and welcoming to me. And even if there is a queue, another member of staff immediately opens another till. And its nice that while they take time to chat to all customers, they never keep anyone waiting to be served.This store is great for anything from a quick shop, to shopping for a week or more of groceries (inc fresh meat, veg and fruit), and it does accept both card and cash payments. The store also has PayPoint, The National Lottery, Health Lottery, scratch cards, Collect Plus and an ATM in-store.And if you haven't used this store before, you can find it at - Hundal Store, 20 Brynelli, Dafen, Llanelli SA14 8PW.It's open 7am 9pm Monday Saturday, 8am 9pm Sunday.(It was even open Christmas day and will be open New Years day till 9pm)I can't recommend this store, the owner and his staff highly enough.
