Reception staff are condcending and regularly break confidentiality. It is impossible to get an appointment. Apparently even though they say they book appointments in advance (on their automated message) they don't do appointments in advance. I was point blank told that if I didn't ring in the morning for an emergency appointment there is no way I can see a doctor. The problem with this of course is no one can get through. Honestly it's the worst surgery I've ever been to in my life, and I would not recommend anyone use them. For the sake of your health and data protection.
Disappointing doctors, appointments never run on time have waited up to a hour on numerous occasions in afternoon as if the doctors spent to much time on lunch. The reception staff want to know too much about you issues which I find uncomfortable considering they not a doctor. Not aloud to make appointments at the desk must ring and then spend a hour on the phone waiting then get told to ring back tomorrow cause there no appointments left ridiculous surgery.
Absolute shambles of a place ,unhelpful facist staff ,who cant be bothered ,like dealing with robots ,waiting time on the phone takes ages ,rubbish ,im sure the GP's have no idea how the admin staff behave .
Impossible to have appointments, staff tend to be rude and doctors don't seem to care for you. Tend to rush appointments also.
Imagine doctors that do not take the time to properly examine you even after several years of going back with the same problem. That's what they're like.
