I always support local companies and businesses. Howdens in Llangennech is a 2min drive from our house.I wanted to borrow 2 worktop samples, and I prommised to return them the next day. I would have been happy to supply my address, telephone and email address, but wasn't expecting the Very unhelpful manageress to say first...that they had "no samples to loan" (despite me seeing several a couple of days before) and then I was told that they "may have samples" but I'd be charged... (I would have my money back, when I returned the sample, unfortunatley I wasn't expecting that, so didn't have any cash on me)It was said in a way, which made it sound as if it was a HUGE hassle and bother!Luckily there are other places not quite so close, but far more helpful.Howdens loss, I certainly will not return for any future projects. Would not recommend.
