My first visit to this store and a little disappointed. It was the usual Asda format and product range but seemed cramped. There seemed to be too many displays for the size of store leaving the isles a little crowded. The store was well stocked and merchandised. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The car park was large with plenty of disabled bays if required. There are public toilets which were also clean and tidy.
For the man called Rob who usually works on the freezer aisle, always goes out of his way to search in the storeroom for a specific burger my kid loves. .
The pharmacy is ridiculous. Waited 13 minutes for my prescription and then they told me they didn't have it so they called the surgery and after another 10 mins they said they actually had it but didn't see it.
Automatic tills never work properly and end up taking more.time than if I was being served. Tesco is less convenient for me but I get better service.
Went there yesterday to grab some rolls only to find that every packet of fresh rolls was hard. Normally the rolls are good but for some reason yesterday every roll was like a brick. Had to go to the inconvenience of driving to Tesco but at least I got some lovely soft rolls in the end.
