Poor customer relations. Avoid and go to screwfix, wickes or B and Q.Unfortunately one person who works at the shop has no idea of customer relationships .When the shop first opened started to use it occasionally , then had my first issue with a certain individual , and vowed not to go back. That was over a year ago , went back and on my second visit recently the guy still working their with his problems so after a brief discussion left and went to screwfix where they have a brilliant attitude and always willing to help.
