A beautiful area to walk around with a decent, well priced and well stocked cafe
Good for running when everyone's at work, parts can get a little congested in the holidays though. Watch out for speeding cyclists.

A beautiful space, partly created around the reclaimed Llanelli Steelworks site, where there's a lake with lots of birds, alongside a coastal path looking over to Burry Port, with huge expanses of beautiful beach open to dogs out of tourist season. Extensive cycle paths are also great for mobility scooters. There's a cafe on the first floor of the visitor centre where you can sit outside, weather permitting. Be aware that blue badge holders need to purchase a 1 ticket in order to get a free hour.
a lovely walk all along the coast. the views are beautiful. a bracing wind comes off the sea. plenty of places to sit and rest and just take in the atmosphere. there are a couple if cafes there, reasonable prices. and also the sandpaper pub is just off the path. all in all a lovely day out
