it's a pub it does food. no reason not to visit. don't expect 5 star food and you'll be fine. great if you have little ones.
Didn't enjoy, place is nice but food terrible steak over cooked, chips under cooked, my father's new potatoes actually had roots! Food came at different times, and we had to get our own cutlery together after food had been served. I wouldn't recommend

Ordered coffee with cream... didn't have any cream!! The disappointing part there was no apology, and an attitude of take it or leave it... sorry I didn't now as the coffee was awful with or without cream. It has gone downhill since it's initial opening.
Excellent value for money, everything you need in the rooms, even biscuits and bottle of water, as well as tea/coffee. Lovely bar/restaurant, friendly staff, great food, reasonably priced plus 20% off as a guest. Ideal for shopping, big retail outlet within walking distance, close to coastal path and rugby stadium. Stayed 4 nights and will be returning.
