Although customer service could have been improved, it proved to be a value for money overdue reunion lunch with friends. Enjoyable Sirloin steak as part of the Tuesday package but was disappointed with the impatience and unhelpfulness in making the order and paying for a drinks round. Hopefully more tolerrance is shown to non regulars in future

crazy couldn't get a seat downstairs and upstairs was so noisy we could have a conversation .
Always loved the place. Fantastic atmosphere, the food is great and the usual pub drinks. Plus there is a great benefit of the place keeping the old decoration to help show it's interesting history.
A fine pub that serves a gorgeous eggs benedict. And later in it serves a great pint of dark fruit. No complaints here. Your traditional spoons experience.
